As a service orientated company, we always aim to repair over replace (of course where it makes sense) and as such carry the majority of major brand heater spare parts within our vans, so we can hopefully fix your issue within the initial visit.
If we cannot fix your system on the day, whatever the reason may be and/or we deem it beyond economical repair, we will quote you on what is required (i.e. repair or replace) and if you are comfortable with what we have proposed, we will return asap to complete the job.

Yes, servicing your system looks to preserve its effectiveness, efficiency and most importantly its safety, so it’s essential you get it done regularly.

The delivery/outlet temp of your system’s heating plant will vary based upon its design, so we cannot say what yours should be without further understanding it, though what we can say with certainty is that the maximum heated water temperature at the outlet of all sanitary fixtures used for personal hygiene must not exceed 45ºC in early childhood centres, primary and secondary schools, nursing homes and similar buildings; and must not exceed 50°C in all other buildings.

Generally speaking there are typically two kinds of systems;
1. Storage/quick recovery; water is heated via some form of heating source and stored in an insulated tank ready for use.
2. Continuous flow; instantaneous hot water heaters heat only the water required when a demand for such water is made.
